CPS International is very much involved in providing the youth of Delaware an opportunity to participate in innovative and challenging academic programs.  George Chambers, one of the principals of CPS International, sits on the executive board and serves as President of the Odyssey Charter School.

The Odyssey Charter School’s mission is to prepare students for a lifelong enthusiasm for learning, to equip them with the tools necessary to achieve academic performance excellence, and to have them attain a keen awareness of world citizenship.  Students acquire an ability to think independently and creatively by taking part in a focused foreign language program.  The curriculum integrates the learning of a second language, Greek, along with the English language, to teach a rigorous curriculum of Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

The Odyssey Charter School is a public charter elementary school.  Since it is a public school, there are no fees or tuition associated with attending this very special educational opportunity. Children are taught critical subject matter such as Math in a classic language, Greek, for a portion of the day which reinforces the learning as taught in English.  The skills learned through this dual language instruction help build key reasoning techniques and enable students to meet and exceed expectations in all required content and performance standards for the State of Delaware.
